Well, we finally received a family credit!Thenks to Geneveive Camilleri for looking after us. It may well be the first family credit for Cyberscanniing and LIdar Scanning – anywhere! Together is a very good film – a must see:)

Yes, we decided to try the more conventional setup of hard lights.Not great.I can’t see why people use this setup.Our ceiling-to-floor, wall-to-wall lighting has fewer shadows and less flare. Setup with hard shadows and flare: Original set up with soft shadows and less flare:

It’s been a busy month for Avatar Factory, we’ve driven a whopping4,000km in our cyber scanning truck to be a part of some very excitingnew projects including a medical company where we completed 172 scans! Three days of shooting and 7 days in post processing models.Client very happy with results and of course on time …
In conjunction with Alt and Steelbridge, we were a part of their ‘show and tell’ day.Around 200 attendees were there and was nice to show off our new system – parallel, cross-polarisation, and OLAT reference lighting as well as our new Track Scanner for props.
